One Character.
Immutable Identity.
36 Slots.

The OCC symbolic command identity system assigns a canonical identifier to every command. Once locked, the meaning can never change — not by software update, configuration, or user preference. The same character executes the same action in every language, on every device, in every medium.

✦ The Canonical Identifier Registry — 36 Slots Total
Structural scarcity: Exactly 36 identifiers are available (0–9, A–Z). This is not a configurable limit — it is the hard ceiling defined in the SPEC-05 specification. Scarcity forces priority: only the most universal, most essential commands earn a slot. Locked slots are shown in gold. Click any slot to inspect its identity record.

✦ Multi-Form Resolution — Enter Any Form, Get the Canonical ID
Type the character, symbol name, or translation in any language. All forms resolve to the same canonical identifier and execute the same action regardless of input medium.
SPEC-05 Hard Limit — Why 36?
0 / 36
The 36-slot limit is structural, not configurable. It encompasses the full alphanumeric character set (0–9 = 10 slots, A–Z = 26 slots = 36 total). This is the only character set that is simultaneously typeable on every keyboard in the world, speakable in every spoken language, scannable by every barcode system, and gesturable in every sign-language character set. Choosing any larger set would break one of these universality properties. The limit is a forcing function: it requires prioritization and prevents bloat. Every slot that gets locked forecloses the universe of alternatives — so the standard for inclusion is extremely high.
