Per-Field
PII Confirmation Gate

Every detected piece of personally-identifiable information gets its own decision. Not a bulk "allow all." Not a blanket "deny all." Each field — individually gated — before any data leaves local memory.

SPEC-03 Data Flow
PII Detector Field Gate ×N Apply Decisions Hash-Chain Log Session Seal
✦ Step 1 — Input Text
Examples:

Step 2 — Gate Each Field Individually

Step 3 — Processed Output
Step 4 — Hash-Chained Interaction Log (SPEC-03)
Each interaction record is linked to the previous via its SHA-256 hash. Tampering with any record breaks the chain. The log is append-only and stored only on user-owned hardware — it never leaves the local device without explicit permission through a separate field gate.
