Mandatory dual dispatch. Every query reaches both hemispheres — the routing is structural, not optional.

Exclusive code-execution authority. LEFT_BRAIN and RIGHT_BRAIN produce reasoning only. Only the Master executes. This is a hardware-enforced structural constraint, not a configurable policy.

Domain-specific subordinate agents. Specialist agents attach to either hemisphere. Each inherits the hemisphere's mode (analytical or strategic) and is gated by the execution constraint.
