The following gaps are disclosed for transparency. They are data collection gaps, not gaps in any underlying record — in most cases the records exist but have not yet been parsed at message level.
Email gaps
The 6.7 GB bret@fencl.org.pst Inbox has not been parsed at message level (large-file extractor crashed mid-scan; rerun pending)
The 936 MB director@BuildRealBrands.com.pst Inbox has not been parsed at message level
Gmail / Outlook live mailboxes have not been queried via API (would trigger login notifications; deliberately excluded)
SMS gaps
The iPhone SMS export ends 2024-06-15. Events after that date (e.g., the 2025 Emma LLC / 1272 Sarno lease dispute, 2025 Eric Price / SecretsFL incident, 2025-2026 Jonathon Geffen events) are not in the current SMS dataset
Other source gaps
Asana project registry export is empty (asana_project_registry.json = []); rerun with valid Asana token would expand evidence
Plesk live-domain dump is empty (policy-only file; no production-server domain snapshot)
Phone call logs (carrier CDRs) are not present; only iMessage SMS database is indexed
Photo / video EXIF metadata is not yet enumerated
Social-media exports (Twitter / Facebook / Instagram archive downloads) are not present in indexed paths
Identity gaps
4 priority names on the operator's witness list have not yet been tied to documented roles in indexed records (held in "needs attorney review")
This is a public summary index. All raw records (SMS database, full email archives, phone numbers, addresses, attorney-client correspondence) are preserved offline in the operator's legal-forensic archive and available to counsel/investigators on request.
Counts and dates below are documented co-occurrences in indexed records. They are not assertions of legal conclusions, fault, or criminal intent. Same-day or same-window correlation does not imply coordination.
