• Ownership ledger: append-only, cryptographically sealed, per-contract counts
• Training certificate: model ID, admitted count, rejected count, ledger hash
• Training authorization token validated against contract registry before training
• Trained model tagged with provenance ID derived from training certificate hash
• Rejection manifest records every rejected record with content hash and reason
• Streaming ingest: provenance verified in real time as each record arrives
• Fail-closed: training halted if authorization token is invalid
